TCR's was founded in London, 2010 by Ché Zara Blomfield to host projects as collaborations, exhibitions, talks, events, music and publications.

The Green Room was the title of the 2012 program of solo exhibitions in East London, supported by Arts Council England.

The HQ relocated to Berlin in 2013 and opened along with the online exhibition space 'room' in 2014.

Program support has been aided by The Department of Culture in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, 2015, and private funds, 2010-2016.
