The Bpigs event announcement newsletter is a direct emailing of text and image press releases of some of the most important contemporary art events and exhibitions that reaches 10.000 art professionals worldwide and a selection of 800 press addresses (state January 2018). Bpigs has a growing audience of artists, critics, curators, gallerists, museums, and collectors. 

HOW TO
To book an announcement, contact us at least 10 days in advance to check availability. Once we have scheduled a distribution date, we request that you send us your materials at least 2 business days in advance of the mailing date. The current announcement rate is 350 euros. MATERIAL
The announcements include an image and a press text of up to 550 words. Please include all relevant information such as dates, location info, links, and sponsors as well.

All content is subject to administrative approval, just to avoid spams. This does not include editing or proofreading the text. Bpigs cannot be held responsible for any image rights or other violations. Following material should be send to us no later than two days before the announcement mailing date. General terms and conditions
Advertising orders are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the publishing house, which are published in these media data sheets. Jurisdiction and execution place is Berlin.

Terms of Payment
Orders are binding, refund is not possible after the printing deadline. Invoices should be payed without deduction 14 days after billing date, and at the latest on the publication date of an issue in which the advertisement appears.
