Be a Member of the Berlin Independents Scene
To submit your gallery program, we offer three types of membership: non-profit, emerging, and adopt a project space. Our memberships are billed every two months, are renewed automatically, and can be paused or canceled any time before the end of the current period.
NONPROFIT ---- Rate per issue: 60 €
Unlimited event listings and images online.
Editions listings and links to the online shop.
Weekly Tips Newsletter to the subscriber list. Social Media coverage.
EMERGING ---- Rate per issue 80 €
For galleries, start-ups, and for-profit initiatives under three years old. Unlimited event listings and images online. Editions listings and links to the online shop. Weekly Tips Newsletter to the subscriber list. Social Media coverage.
ADOPT A PROJECT SPACE ---- Rate per issue: 110 €
For galleries older than three years, art institutions, museums, and festivals. By choosing this membership, you are at the same time paying for the membership of a no-budget project space. This can be chosen by you, or let our team consult you. Unlimited event listings and images online. Editions listings and links to the online shop. Weekly Tips Newsletter to the subscriber list. Social Media coverage. Additional 20% discount on ads, featured listings, and newsletter.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES
We are currently accepting submissions 24/7. Ideally, our team has all PR material 2-3 weeks before the event.
All memberships are ongoing and are billed bimonthly (= every two months. Six times a year). They can be changed, paused or canceled at the end of the current cycle. To book a membership, please contact us info at bpigs dot com. There is a one time registration fee of 25 Euro. All content is subject to the editors' approval.

General terms and conditions
Advertising orders are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the publishing house, which are published in these media data sheets. The jurisdiction and execution place is Berlin. The publisher reserves the right to refuse subscriptions that do not meet the requirements of the editorial staff. All prices are in Euro, and VAT is shifted.
Terms of Payment
Orders are binding, refund is not possible after the listing is public. Invoices should be paid without deduction upon receipt and/or before the publication date of the listing, or the advertisement appears.
