We now accept project spaces, galleries, institutions, and individual artist listings. Here are a few tips. Plan and list your event at least 15 days in advance. Prepare a short text in English explaining what will be on view and how the event will be structured. The text should answer the questions Where, When, What, Who, and if you feel extra: Why. Picture you convey the event details to a five-year-old; use simple language, and try to answer all possible questions in advance. Pay particular attention of how to make your event as accessible as possible and make extra note of the venue's accessibility. It is also thoughtful ( and smart) if you provide all Instagram links for all venues and participants. Don't use italics unless it is to convey emphasis, a title or a quote. Also, don't use quotes; this is about your ideas, not someone else's. Do use bold for titles, but stay away from ALL CAPS. Definitely not BOLD ALL CAPS. If you have more questions, reach out to our team. You can review our pricing and membership options here

Lastly, for our German-speaking friends: it is SAVE the date, not SAFE the date.

Thank you for being a part of Berlin's Independents Guide community.
Stay amazing!
