Opened in 2021, our Kesselhaus is a 1600sqm craft beer behemoth. A brewhouse, bar, beer garden and event space in the heart of Wedding - every homebrewer’s dream-come-true that fans of architecture, history, and great beer all need to see. Located in the former Bergmann Electricitäts-Werke, Germany’s first light bulb factory, built at the turn of the twentieth century, the Kesselhaus is huge, imposing, and powerfully beautiful.

But, having lain derelict for 20-plus years before we found it, it took us serious work to prepare it for its bright beer-making future.

Now, equipt with towering stainless steel tanks capable of brewing 4,500 liters of Vagabund beer per batch, the Kesselhaus is the next, biggest, most ambitious step on our journey to bring our craft beers to many more thirsty vagabonds in Berlin and beyond.

Our baby has truly grown into a monster (but a very nice one).
