The Preliminary Remarks on the Study of What Is Not There set the ground for the study of the unobservable. Of all the things which are not there, which are the ones which are and which are the ones which are not? How many things are there, which are not there, and what are the most appropriate methods to study them? The project brings together art, philosophy, science and the occult in search of things which have been and of things which have not been, of things which could be and of things which could not be. The performance maps the whole range of things which are not present in the space of the Romanian Cultural Institute, and the installation becomes a toolbox for this exploration.
