Video Performance/Discussion with Teo Vlad
Monthly Series: This (approximately) 30 minutes long solo performance aims to demonstrate personal experiences of being trapped in a body that doesn't belong to its owner. Lost between two genders a morph-alien appears, who desperately struggles to find acceptance amongst others, only to realize that their true power comes from within. Transbiology is a personal story of alienation and struggle due to not fitting binary gender norms. It utilizes various art forms, including film, theater, butoh, and contemporary dance.
