The Temporäre Galerie is a non-profit initiative, instigated by the Pädagogische Werkstatt Berlin-Neukölln. Since 2007, the latter sets out to improve the educational opportunities of children and adolescents of the neighbourhood with a long-term perspective in mind. The Temporäre Galerie is situated on Campus Rütli in Berlin-Neukölln and opens its doors each spring, with the goal to bring together contemporary art and art education. Responsible for the concept are Ida Schildhauer (initiator) and Silvia Ploner (curator).
