Magic Beans
Magic Beans gallery takes its name from the beloved children’s story “Jack and the Beanstalk”. The story is full of symbols which we have translated the meaning to suit our narrative. Jack would not have benefited from the magic beans if he had listened to his desperate mum who wanted him to sell the cow that was no longer profitable on the market. In taking the beans, Jack is presented with the opportunity to climb up the beanstalk where he snatches the treasure from the giants.
Using this story as a metaphor, our goal is to support our artist “beans” introducing them to prominent collectors, museums, and international opportunities so that they can continue to explore the world, travel and challenge themselves in their artistic practice. It is our responsibility to find artists we believe in and with whom we can develop long lasting relationships.
