It is with great pleasure that NR / Projects announces an exhibition by artist Kerim Seiler, opening on the occasion of Berlin Gallery Weekend 2015. The artist will be showing several new works.

Kerim Seiler, born 1974 in Bern, accomplished the Vorkurs at Kunstgewerbeschule Zürich (1991/92), studied Média Mixtes at Ecole Supérieure d’Art Visuel Genève (1993–1995), and Freie Kunst at Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg (1997–2002). He received his Diplom with Professor Bernhard Johannes Blume, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture from the ETH Zürich with Professor Ludger Hovestadt (2011). Seiler has shown his work in various exhibitions in Moscow, Cairo, Cracow, Marseille, Zurich, New York, Berlin, Paris, Los Angeles and Johannesburg. In summer 2014 he worked with NR / Projects and Contemporary Food Lab on creating “Mindspace (Berlin)”, a version of a public tribune for the public space project Little Wood. His work “Demeter” was installed in the restaurant Katz Orange in 2011 for permanent display and for which it was custom made. He lives and works in Zurich and Johannesburg.
