Parallex: The distance between the apparent and the true

Alison Woods and Alke Brinkmann

The human mind is constantly occupied with questioning the circumstances of our existence. From the metaphysical to the scientific, the mind demands an explanation. Science becomes the new religion as the rational mind eclipses the superstitious one. Quantum physics is often touted to be the place where the scientific and the metaphysical intersect to form an alternate view of reality, which is simultaneously irrational and rational.
