Reading of poems by Semra Ertan
Semra Ertan was born in Turkey in 1957 and moved to her parents in the Federal Republic of Germany in 1972. She worked as a technical draftsperson and interpreter and wrote more than 350 poems. In 1982 Semra Ertan burned herself in Hamburg to set a mark against racism in Germany.
