A key scene of the film version of Jackson Pollock’s biography deals with the myth of the genesis of “Mural.” Legend has it that the American artist painted this unique work teeming with energy and dynamism in one night, as though in a trance. Ed Harris’ directorial debut traces Pollock’s most important creative period between 1941 and his early death in 1956. The film will be shown in the exhibition hall in the direct context of Mural.
