Achim Kobe 

(exhibition with posters in the window of the project space) 

During the summer break, Achim Kobe presented large-format posters in the project space's window facing Brunnenstrasse. The challenge and theme of the weekly changing installation were the choice of formal expression between message and abstract painting and the demand for the attention of passing people with invented writings. The backsides of the posters, created in summer 2023 during the first part of the exhibition, served here as the painting surfaces for the current poster series. 
Achim Kobe documented the impact on passers-by in the street with his camera. The photographs will be exclusively displayed at the finissage alongside the posters. The last poster of the show is on view in the window that evening. Happy welcome!
