Daisy Bell- Philip Grözinger
Philip Grözinger’s paintings depict a world or society that doesn’t exist, a non-place situated in an undefined temporality. Grözinger operates in an interstitial timespace – between past and future, between earth and space, between the living and the machine. In his last exhibition at SEXAUER, Philip Grözinger dealt with how western society imagined and depicted in film and literature utopias and dystopias of the future. The subject of his exhibition Daisy Bell revolves around the birth of consciousness of artificial intelligence, which is followed by the emancipation of the created from the creator.
