Nathalie Grenzhaeuser and Stefanie Zoche work in an interdisciplinary field between art and science and explore our relation to nature in the age of the Anthropocene in very different ways. Creatures in Critical Zones is their second joint exhibition. Their photographs, video works and sculptures, which deal with the maritime ecosystem and various sea creatures, enter into a direct dialogue with each other in the exhibition space. The result is a multi-layered reflection on the complex relationship between humans and nature.
