Converstion with Björn Brolewski, director of the Kommunale Galerie Parterre, Berlin

 Artists: Hans-Peter Stark and Susa Templin
The exhibition Cut Outs & Conversations brings together works by Hans-Peter Stark and Susa Templin, which enter into dialogue through shared processes of cutting, layering, and superimposing their imagery. Stark and Templin approach the gallery space as a shared stage. Their works draw on individual experiences, which they explore through their visual exploration of the constantly changing urban fabric of Berlin. Alongside the presentation of their recent works, they are collaborating on an installation comprising photographic and painterly elements that opens up pictorial spaces composed of temporal and spatial layers.
