The first episode of the talk series Civic City, titled "Planning Processes/Decision-Making/Accountability," dives into how decisions are made and urban processes are planned. It examines the involvement of different stakeholders in the planning process, their reactions to the needs of the population, and the starting point for processes of change. The representation of minority cultures and the voices of the marginalized in these processes are also explored.
