New works of the brazilian artist Albano Afonso (São Paulo 1964)
Based on the least common denominator of painting, photography and cinema – light – the artist creates landscapes and tableaux with different materials to examine the anatomy of light. Not by chance, constellations, crystals, light bulbs and mirrors are constants in his vocabulary.
