WHY: Cavern Of Anti-Matter is the new super-group formed by Stereolab's Tim Gane, and composed of Gane, Joe Dilworth (Th’ Faith Healers/Stereolab), and Holger Zapf. Their debut album is called "Void Beats / Invocation Trex", and it features Deerhunter's Bradford Cox, Spacemen 3's Sonic Boom, and Mouse on Mars' Jan St. Werner. Worth checking out even solely for all of the great names dropped in two sentences.
