Introducing the Cee Cee Lessons
To everyone’s greatest pleasure, your (second) favourite weekly newsletter has come to life last Saturday, in what was the first of a hopefully long series of lessons.
The Bpigs team was invited to the First Cee Cee Lesson: Concrete by Accidental Concrete. We spent the whole day at ACUD, trying to tame this stubborn material and make it into a vase under the watchful eye of Jonas Klock, the brain and hands behind “Accidental Concrete” design studio. In-between, our souls were softened by the Christmasy cocktails provided by Bulleit, and the afternoon went by before our eyes without us noticing it. All in all – quite a good start we must say.
As stated previously, this event was the first of a series. Three more workshops are scheduled for the year 2016, before the “main event”: a DIY festival in the summer, outside of Berlin and spanning on several days. The following lessons will always focus on a different theme and be conducted by a professional. But another important aspect of these workshops is to bring people together, get to know each other and share a nice moment. You can find further information on their freshly launched webpage.
We cannot wait for the upcoming lessons to take place, but, in the meantime, you can meet the Cee Cee team at the launch of their Neighbourghood map this Friday at the Voo Store.
