Walden - Moki

With the exhibition WALDEN, which is based on the novel by Henry David Thoreau, the artist Moki shows large-scale acrylic paintings that offer us a glimpse into a world which we barely notice in the rush of our everyday life, a world at the intersection between human culture and untouched nature.

Already in their last series Shelter, the artist focused strongly on the fears of man and his dealings with doubts and misfortunes. In WALDEN Moki continues this theme and shows us the human longing for a nature-loving, simple and sustainable life.
