Isidore Isou : From Lettrism to Eternity

« Isidore Isou, From Lettrism to Eternity » is the first solo exhibition in Berlin of the creator of the Lettrist Movement, Isidore Isou (1925-2007), curated by Frédéric Acquaviva.

It will display, as always with La Plaque Tournante’s exhibitions, around 500 documents, manuscripts, flyers, affiches, books, films, sounds, scores, photographs, multiples, drawings as well as canvases, from 1946 until 2007, the death of Isou, ten years ago.

This exhibition will be the twelth and last exhibition held at La Plaque Tournante in Sonnenallee 99, an ex-medical praxis room devoted to experimental and avant garde art and music ran by Frédéric Acquaviva and Loré Lixenberg, that was awarded by the Senate of Berlin in 2017.
