Collective performance.

With this action of the Allianz (bedrohter) Berliner Atelierhäuser (A(b)BA) in collaboration with ZK/U, artists and those who share their concerns point out the spatial needs of Berlin’s cultural infrastructure. Against the backdrop of the increasing “eventification” of our cities, the convoy consists of re-functioned popular tourist infrastructure: a rolling bike bar becomes a “discourse bike,” where debates on urban policy are held with local radio broadcasts and pirated infoscreens. The action kicks off a workshop format on alternative models for supporting and financing self-administered non-profit studio houses and cultural venues in discussions with important figures from politics, administration, foundations, associations, and initiatives.
