Lisa Tiemann's  (* 1981) sculptural work is motivated by philosophical inquiry.

She uses form, materiality and colour to challenge existing paradigms that attribute a constant value to all things. Couples is Tiemann's first solo exhibition in Berlin and centres on the relationship between two elements of different materiality as well as the creative friction generated through their interaction.
