Coasts seem to mark and change the limits of borders connecting the here to there, thus creating a presence of an inside that unfolds its own boundaries, and by an effect of coastal erosion, merges together with an outside world.

By means of sculptural (de)-compositions the exhibition Coast2coast explores the melting borders that are connecting territories through respirations towards an outside environment.

Kristoffer Kjærskov (DK) is a visual artist and a graduate student at UDK in Berlin. Previous studies include Glasgow School of Art (UK), Akademie der Bildende Künste in Karlsruhe (DE) and the Estonian Academy of the Arts, Tallinn (EST).
