Swiss artist Beat Brogle presents a multilayered, drawn spatial installation in the greenhouse super bien! Inside a greenhouse, inscribed glass plates stand at various angles to one another, filling the space.

The glass surfaces are marked with motifs of fine linear drawings. “The drawings are abstract, they trigger a constant inner trompe l’oeil effect of recognition. With each walk through the exhibition, I shift my gaze, recognize a space, look for a disappearing point, change to the bird’s eye perspective, see a cartographical network, a macrocosm, the universe, figures, bodies, or something purely abstract.” The drawing oscillates between the recognition of figurative, narrative approaches and the decay of what was just recognized in abstraction.

The installation will be visible for 24 hours each day from 13-18 SEP, the green house will be open from 14-18
