20.30 Devon Welsh + Broshuda @ Donau115

WHY: Shameless/Limitless brings Devon Welsh (formerly of Majical Cloudz) to Donau115 for one of his premiere performances as a solo artist. Ambient punk - post wonk producer Broshuda (Paralaxe Editions / Sonic Router Records) will play a special one-off weightless glambient-set as support.

23.00 GRAND JETÉ w/ Acid Maria, T.B. Arthur and Phuong-Dan @ OHM Berlin

WHY: Grand Jeté is the monthly club night series at OHM presenting extraordinary electronic DJs and live acts on four Thursdays from June to October. The participating artists come from different musical backgrounds, however all performances have one thing in common: exploration of rhythm and sound that guarantees a thrilling listening and dance event. The next edition presents live show by T.B. Arthur, and DJ sets by Acid Maria and Phuong-Dan, and we have 2x2 guestlist spots to give away – check at for more info.

23.00 Party & panel discussion: HOT TOPIC x Room 4 Resistance x Discwoman @ Schwuz

WHY: The Room 4 Resistance crew is returning to Hot Topic, a queerfeministic project at SchwuZ hosting DJs, producers and artists offside the heteronormative party-mainstream, and invites the Discwoman collective from New York for a panel discussion, „How to bring politics ( back ) to the dance floor? / Political activism in Dance Music today“.  R4R will also present a dancefloor at Hot Topic, featuring DJs and producers from both collectives.

19.00 Berlin Atonal @ Kraftwerk

WHY: Berlin Atonal returns to Kraftwerk Berlin for its fourth edition, presenting projects from over 100 artists including brand-new commissions, collaborations, world-premieres, one-off performances, installations and film art. This year’s edition sees the introduction of the Projektionsraum, a site-specific panoramic installation-space each night displaying new works from a different artist.

20.30 Phase Pattern: 002: Ian William Craig + Christian Naujoks + Lamin Fofana @ ACUD MACHT NEU

WHY: Phase Pattern is a series of events at Acud Macht Neu showcasing avantgarde and electronic music. Ian William Craig's Basinski-esque tape symphonies, paired with his formal training as an opera singer, result in a combination that has been described as both sweeping and cathartic. This German debut concert will also feature a performance by Dial Records' Christian Naujoks, for a special set in ACUD's outdoor backyard setting. Lamin Fofana will be Djing throughout the night.

12.00 Block B Ambient @ Funkhaus Berlin

WHY: Berlin gets a new music series at Funkhaus exploring the slower, brainier side of electronic music – downbeat, IDM, ambient and similar genres. The first edition of the Funkhaus Ambient series welcomes Shakleton & Takumi for a special live show. Also performing are Burnt Friedmann, Dasha Rush, John Osborn, Paul Spymania, and Natural/electronic.system to round the day-evening up.
